By using the Raqibni app you agree to the following terms.

The service

The app lets parents follow their child's journey between home and school: trip status, live bus tracking, absence declarations and contact with the bus supervisor. The transport itself is provided by the school or its bus operator; the app is the tool used to follow and organise it.

Your account

• A parent account is activated after review by the operator or the school.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your password confidential.
• The account is for the parent or someone they authorise, and must not be shared.

Parent responsibilities

• Set the pickup address accurately and update it when it changes.
• Declare an absence before the daily cut-off shown in the app, so the bus does not wait.
• Keep the list of authorised persons up to date; a child is handed over only to someone on that list.
• Have the child ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time.

Location and tracking

The bus location is shown only while a trip is in progress, and updates may be delayed or interrupted for reasons outside our control, such as poor network coverage or the supervisor's app being closed. The location shown is indicative and is not a substitute for contacting the school directly when needed.

Subscription

Subscriptions are arranged through the school for the agreed period. Tracking features stop when the school's subscription ends or is suspended.

Unacceptable use

The app may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to attempt access to other users' data, to disrupt the service, or to misuse the channels for contacting supervisors.

Limits of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service working and available, without guaranteeing that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for loss arising from network outages, device failure, or decisions and actions of the school or the bus operator.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, or when the child is no longer enrolled at the school. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated, with updates applying from the date they are published. They are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
